| The X78 hydraulic pulling over-lasting machine, featuring nine pincers and a thermoplastic injector, is suitable for every type of process: from children's sizes, through all types of ladies' footwear (regardless of heel height), to the largest men's sizes.
The basic version of the X78 can be supplied with a special kit that guarantees perfect fitting of steel or plastic toe caps in safety shoes. The vast capabilities of the X78 are fulfilled by standard features, such as rotating pincers, the new laser projector and movable pincers. Optional functions include motorised wipers, a pincer opening system, rearward drafting, a kit for pointed toe ladies shoes, and heel rest with left-right movement. Additional devices are also available for working special designs such "as Goodyear" , "San Crispino models". The X78SZ version is equipped with a hydraulic device, fitted with mobile wiper elements that can be used to extend the toe lasting as far as the side-waist joint, so that the complete shoe assembly can be completed in just two operations. The practical, intuitive colour display, complete with self-diagnostics function, is designed to simplify and accelerate the adjustment procedures; the operator can set special cycle functions, modify times, regulate the pincer opening sequences and set the automatic drafting parameters without having to open the electrical panel or mechanical adjustments. Furthermore, the 9-pincer arrangement greatly simplifies the upper insertion procedure, even when working with reduced material quantities under economy constraints or when working on unusual models. High operating speeds, precise control over working pressures and simplicity of maintenance ensure greatly reduced running costs with respect to similar, compressed air operated systems.
